I’m a seasoned professional with over 30 years of combined experience in Security and investigations. I served a total of 7 years with the New York Guard Reserves as a 1LT. I’ve provided Support to Suffolk County police at Gabreski Airport, participated in the setup of an incident command post, developed and implemented public information and public relations activities; liaison between interstate emergency management services, i.e. Police, Fire and EMS, I was awarded the New York State Operations Support Medal.
I’ve spent a combined 5 years working with VIP Investigations, “A” Services Group, and Palmetto Protection Agency as Regional Director. My portfolio consisted of the Grand Dunes and Marina in Myrtle Beach, SC. Broadway at the Beach amusement park, Darlington Raceway, Tanger Outlets, Benedict College, Litchfield Resorts, and FLETC to name a few.
Established as Value Guards Chief Compliance Officer in April 2011, I’ve developed performance improvement programs, security lesson plans, security risk assessments and internal audits. Implement subordinate counseling, crisis planning, preparation and response performance of goals and leadership objectives in order to maintain business continuity. Facilitate and support overall security operations. Contract negotiations, investigate incidents resulting in injury to clients, visitors, employees, as well as loss and damage to facilities.
